Splicing-Directed Repair works across target RNAs and is compatible with both viral and non-viral delivery. Our discovery engine and the design of RNA repair are both intended to shorten discovery and development timelines.
Capsids that reach broadly need payloads that tolerate reaching broadly. Ours is non-coding RNA, carries no foreign protein, and is designed to act only where the target transcript is already present, so its activity is bounded by the biology rather than by the vector.
Where a disease community's genetics point toward repair rather than replacement (dosage-sensitive genes, genes too large for replacement, mixed loss- and gain-of-function mutations), we would like to hear from you.
Sequence models are getting very good at proposing biology. What remains scarce is a reliable way to turn a proposed sequence into a specific action inside a human cell. Trans-splicing is that layer: the cell’s own spliceosome swaps any chosen RNA sequence and the architecture holds from target to target.
